A note from Libby: I have to put my two cents in here! I've been using this beam during my bootcamp classes and have really fallen in love with it. The reason is, i've always had problems with crunches, situps and ab work where you have to balance on your butt and lower back. My spine and tail bone were always in the way!! However, with the Beam, I've at last found a platform that I can comfortably do these moves. In addition, with the Beam, I have to balance myself on it and not fall off so it adds another element to the core workout. I LOVE IT!
