Stick-e Fitness Studio welcomes Raven Witchard, a fitness and body transformation coach! She will begin teaching classes in November.
Chiseled Chicks Fit Camp is a 45 minute action packed class that offers you muscle toning, fat burning and heart pumping. Each session will be different with aerobics, boxing, plyometrics, strength training and whatever else Raven has in her bag of tricks. You will work hard. You will sweat. You will get CHISELED!
