Stick-e® Fitness Studio is designed to offer small personal classes to provide you with a more rewarding fitness experience! 

Below is the class schedule for June 2012.  More classes will be added each month. Each class is independently operated by the respective fitness instructor.   As space is limited, please contact the fitness instructor to reserve your spot.  Class description and contact information can be found at the bottom of this page.

Everything Fitness    This class covers strength, flexibility, and cardio. Its a high intensity fusion of bootcamp, kickboxing, strength training, and sports stretching. 

Thighs, Butts and Guts  The name says it all!

Arms, Cardio & Core  In addition to arms, cardio and core you will also be strengthenin your chest and back.
